Refund Policy

Melges Concierge provides subscription-based AI phone assistant services.

Monthly Subscriptions

Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges. Service will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing, subscription payments are non-refundable after they have been processed.

Partial refunds or prorated refunds are generally not provided for unused time remaining in a billing period.

Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
